Stainless is what a cafe picks when the table is going to be wiped with a cloth that has seen bleach and the top must not show it. There is no grain to lift, no veneer to chip at the edge, and no finish to re-oil every season.
Top and base
The top is spun from a single sheet and the edge is rolled rather than cut, so a cup set down hard lands on a rounded lip instead of a seam. Underneath, the column is welded to a disc foot that spreads the load across the floor instead of four points.
Made to your floor plan
Diameter runs from 400 mm for a two-top to 800 mm for four, and the height moves with it — a wider top reads better a little lower. Every foot has a levelling thread, which matters on tiled floors and on floors that were once a loading bay.
