About Cafeform
Cafeform is a cafe furniture factory in Foshan, Guangdong, China. We produce chairs, tables, counter stools and booth seating for coffee shops, built to the floor plan rather than to a catalogue.

What we actually make
Cafe chairs, cafe tables, counter stools, booth runs and the sets that combine them. That is the whole list. We do not make office ranges and we do not make outdoor garden ranges — a workshop that says yes to everything gets good at none of it.
The workshop is in Foshan, Guangdong. Chairs are assembled and upholstered there, tables are cut and finished there, and booth runs are built to drawing and crated in the lengths they were drawn in.
Why a cafe is specified differently from any other room
Four to six turns of the whole floor a day, one person clearing it at closing, and a seat that meets milk rather than water. Those three facts are in every drawing we issue: the stacking height, the weight, the glide, the seam on the seat.
It also means we will argue with a specification when it is wrong. Putting a 750 mm stool against a 900 mm counter is a mistake the first guest will find rather than the drawing, and it is cheaper to have that argument before production.
How we work
- Drawings before price. The quotation follows the drawing line by line, so a change to the room is a change to one line rather than to a total.
- Sampling before production. One chair or a table top in your finish, about fifteen days, one revision included.
- One person on the order. The same contact from the first drawing to the loading photographs. No account handover at the deposit stage.
- Packing by position. Labelled against the plan, because the hour after delivery is when people decide whether the supplier was any good.
What we are not
We are not a retailer and we do not sell single chairs to households. We are not a design studio: we will plan seating, seat counts and aisles, but not the room's finishes, lighting or joinery. And we do not claim certifications we do not hold — the quality page says exactly what is tested and what is not.

Tell us the room size, the counter length and how many covers you need. We come back with a layout, a seat count and a written quotation — usually inside three working days.
