Let professionals do professional things
Most of what gets called custom is a dimension: a table 40 mm narrower to fit a column, a booth 30 mm shallower to keep an aisle, a seat 20 mm lower for a specific table. Those are quoted at the same price as stock.

Four kinds of custom, and what each one actually costs
Dimension
Table width, booth depth, seat height, run length. Cut from the same drawings with the same jigs, so there is no tooling charge and no price change. This is most of the work we do.
Finish
RAL or NCS powder colour, a stain matched to a sample you post, or a fabric you supply as COM. Colour matching is quoted per order, not per piece.
OEM
Your own model built to your drawing, with your label on the carton. Needs a drawing with tolerances, and a sample is not optional.
New tooling
Curved shells, machined profiles and cast components that do not exist yet. This is the only category with a tooling cost, and it is quoted separately before anything is committed.
The process, in the order it happens
| 01 Drawings | One to three working days from your sketch, plan or reference photograph |
|---|---|
| 02 Quotation | Same document as the drawings, line by line, EXW or DDP |
| 03 Sample | About fifteen days for one chair or table top in your finish |
| 04 Revision | One round included. Depth, height, colour or a joint detail |
| 05 Production | Fifteen to thirty days after approval, thirty-five on booth runs |
| 06 Packing | By set or by stack, labelled by position on the plan |
What we will not do
- Copy a branded model exactly. Silhouettes, proportions and details can be answered with something close. Direct copies of a protected design are not something we will put on a drawing.
- Quote a material we cannot test. If you need a fire or emissions document for a specific fabric, the fabric has to come from a mill that issues one.
- Promise a date we cannot hold. Fifteen to thirty days is real for stock finishes in normal season. December and the two weeks after a national holiday are not normal, and we will say so at quotation.
What to send
Dimensioned sketches are best; a floor plan with the room marked up is second best; a photograph of a piece you already own is enough to start. What we cannot work from is a mood board with no dimensions — the first reply would only be a question about dimensions.

Send a sketch, get a drawing
Sketches, plans and photographs all work as a starting point. Drawings come back in one to three working days with a price on the same page.
