Three kinds of order, and how each one runs
Single shops, overnight refits and multi-site roll-outs are three different jobs. They are quoted differently, packed differently and scheduled differently.

01 · Single shop, opening once
The whole room is ordered at once, produced in one batch, and shipped as one consignment. The risk here is not the furniture, it is the sequence: a handover date that moves by two weeks while the container is already booked. We build the schedule backwards from your opening date and tell you the last date an order can be confirmed without a premium.
02 · Overnight refit, one night only
The shop trades until six and opens at eight the next morning. That changes two things. The new furniture has to arrive already assembled or assemble in under two minutes per piece, and it has to be packed in the order the room is assembled, labelled by position — because at two in the morning nobody is going to work out which of forty cartons is table three.
We pack by set and label by position on the plan. Where a room is being swapped in one night, we also send a packing list that matches the drawing line for line.
03 · Roll-out across several sites
Same furniture, several rooms, different dates. The constraint is consistency: a second batch produced six months later has to match the first in finish, and finishes move — a stain batch changes, a powder colour from a different supplier is a slightly different colour.
We keep the finish reference and a physical control sample from the first batch, so a later order is matched against the sample rather than against a colour code on a screen.
What is on the delivery documents
| Packing list | One line per carton, labelled by position on the plan |
|---|---|
| Assembly sheet | One page per model, with the bolts listed by size |
| Care sheet | What to use on the finish, and what not to |
| Loading photos | Sent before the container is sealed, so you see what was loaded |
About the photographs on this page
The images above are placeholders while the site is being built; completed installations are photographed on site and the photographs are shared with the client before they are published. If you need to see a comparable room before ordering, ask and we will send what we have for a similar size and layout.

Tell us the opening date
The date the room has to be finished decides the schedule, not the other way round. Send it with the room dimensions and we will tell you the last confirmation date that still works.
