What is collected
Nothing is collected unless you contact us. If you send a message on WhatsApp, the conversation is held in WhatsApp under their terms, and the files you attach are stored so the quotation can be prepared.
The site does not set advertising cookies and does not run a third-party tracker. Server logs record the usual request information — page address, time, browser type — for security and for counting which pages are read.
What it is used for
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and keep a record of the order if one follows. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with anyone outside the order.
How long it is kept
Enquiry files and drawings are kept while the quotation is live and for twelve months afterwards, so a repeat order can reference the same drawing. After that they are deleted unless an order was placed.
Removal
Ask on WhatsApp and everything held on you is deleted, apart from records that have to be kept for accounting where an order was placed.
