It works along a wall or a banquette, where the chair is only ever pulled out and pushed back. The solid wood carries the load and the leather is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is solid wood, dry-jointed and glued at the corners rather than stapled, so it stays square through a year of being pushed in and out. Seat and back are upholstered in leather, cut by hand and stitched with matching thread.
Made to your floor plan
We build from your floor plan, not from stock. Frame finish, upholstery and seat height are all open to change, a sample goes out before production, and everything ships from Foshan. Leather wants a damp cloth and a neutral soap, nothing with solvent in it.
