It is the chair for a two-top that has to become a four-top when a group walks in. The solid wood carries the load and the leather is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is solid wood, dry-jointed and glued at the corners rather than stapled, so it stays square through a year of being pushed in and out. Seat and back are upholstered in leather, cut by hand and stitched with matching thread.
Made to your floor plan
We work from the drawing rather than from a stock list. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height stay open until the sample is signed off, and the sample comes first. Leather wants a damp cloth and a neutral soap, nothing with solvent in it.
