On a cafe floor it goes where the seating has to be moved twice a day: the window run in the morning, the back wall after six. The solid wood carries the load and the fabric is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is solid wood, dry-jointed and glued at the corners rather than stapled, so it stays square through a year of being pushed in and out. Upholstery is a woven fabric over foam, with the seams piped so the edge keeps its line.
Made to your floor plan
The order starts when the sample is signed off. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height are the three things we change most often, and all three are quoted with the sample. Fabric takes a vacuum head once a week and a spot clean the same day something spills.
