It goes where the seating has to move twice a day: the window run in the morning, the back wall after six. The iron carries the load and the leather is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is iron, welded and powder-coated in one colour so the seat and the legs read as one object. Seat and back are upholstered in leather, cut by hand and stitched with matching thread. The seat swivels on the base, for a chair that is used to get in and out of sideways.
Built to your drawing
Where a run is going into a chain fit-out, the first batch is shot against the drawing before packing. Seat height is set to your drawing rather than to a stock number: send the table or counter height and the leg is cut to suit, and a sample leaves the workshop before the run starts.
Ordering and care
We ship EXW Foshan or DDP, and the loading plan is drawn before the container is booked. Leather wants a damp cloth and a neutral soap, nothing with solvent in it.
