It suits the middle of the floor, where chairs get turned and dragged rather than lifted. The iron carries the load and the fabric is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is iron, welded and powder-coated in one colour so the seat and the legs read as one object. Upholstery is a woven fabric over foam, with the seams piped so the edge keeps its line.
Built to your drawing
Seat rails are sized from the upholstery thickness, so the cushion does not push the frame apart. Nothing here is stocked. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height follow your drawing, and the first sample goes out before the run is booked.
Ordering and care
Lead time runs from sample sign-off, not from the enquiry, which is the number most quotes leave out. Fabric takes a vacuum head once a week and a spot clean the same day something spills.
