It fits the counter side, where the seats sit close and the gap between them is measured. The stainless steel carries the load and the leather is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is stainless steel, brushed rather than polished, so cleaning cloths leave no marks on it. Seat and back are upholstered in leather, cut by hand and stitched with matching thread. It stacks, and the seat and back are shaped so the stack stays straight instead of toppling.
Built to your drawing
Seat rails are sized from the upholstery thickness, so the cushion does not push the frame apart. Nothing here is stocked. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height follow your drawing, and the first sample goes out before the run is booked.
Ordering and care
Lead time runs from sample sign-off, not from the enquiry, which is the number most quotes leave out. Leather wants a damp cloth and a neutral soap, nothing with solvent in it.
