It fits a narrow floor, where the chairs have to tuck fully under the table to keep the aisle. There is no upholstery to wear through here, so what you see is what the chair is: ash wood through the frame and the seat.
Frame and upholstery
Ash is used for the frame: straight grain, so a thin back rail stays stiff without being made thicker. There is no upholstery on this model, so the frame is the whole chair and there is nothing to recover later.
Built to your drawing
Seat rails are sized from the upholstery thickness, so the cushion does not push the frame apart. Every run starts from your drawing. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height are open, samples go out before the production run, and the whole order leaves from Foshan.
Ordering and care
It is packed flat where the design allows, which keeps the freight bill down on a run of forty or more. Two cloths, one dry and one damp, cover what the frame needs.
