Frame and upholstery
The frame is solid wood, jointed and glued at the corners rather than stapled, so it stays square through a year of being pushed in and out. Seat and back are upholstered, with the fabric, the colour and the grade open to your sample. The arms sit low enough to clear a table apron, so the chair pulls in without catching.
Built to your drawing
The seat frame is mortised into the legs, not screwed into the outside face where the fixing would show. Every run starts from your drawing. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height are open, samples go out before the production run, and the whole order leaves from Foshan.
Ordering and care
It is packed flat where the design allows, which keeps the freight bill down on a run of forty or more. Fabric grade decides the cleaning method, and it is named on the sample tag with the order.
