It fits the counter side, where the seats are close together and the gap between them is measured. The timber carries the load and the velvet is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is built from timber sections, sanded through three grits before the first coat goes on. The velvet pile is short and dense, chosen so it does not flatten where people push back from the table. The arms sit at a height that clears a 720 mm table top, so the chair pulls in without catching.
Made to your floor plan
We build from your floor plan, not from stock. Frame finish, upholstery and seat height are all open to change, a sample goes out before production, and everything ships from Foshan. Velvet wants a soft brush against the pile, not a damp cloth, which leaves a mark.
