It fits the counter side, where the seats are close together and the gap between them is measured. There is no upholstery to wear through here, so what you see is what the chair is: solid wood through the frame and the seat.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is solid wood, dry-jointed and glued at the corners rather than stapled, so it stays square through a year of being pushed in and out. The proportions are mid-century, which is why it sits easily next to both timber and steel tables.
Made to your floor plan
Nothing here is stocked. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height follow your drawing, and the first sample goes out before the run is booked. Two cloths, one dry and one damp, cover what the seat needs.
