Loose tables and loose chairs, which is what most cafe floors actually are. The part that matters is the gap between the chair front rail and the table apron, and it is set before anything is cut.
Frame, top and upholstery
Frames are solid wood, dry-jointed and glued at the corners rather than stapled. Tops are timber-veneered on a ply core with a solid edge, so the edge takes a knock without chipping through.
Made to your floor plan
Bench runs are cut in metres to the wall they stand against, so a room 40 mm out of square does not change the quote. Upholstery takes a vacuum and a damp cloth; the frames take a dry cloth and no polish.
