It goes under a table that is cleared and reset four times between opening and close. The metal carries the load and the upholstered is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is welded steel tube, powder-coated after welding so the joints stay covered and no weld shows. Seat and back are upholstered, with the fabric, the colour and the grade open to your sample.
Built to your drawing
The finish goes on in three coats, sanded back between the second and the third. Every run starts from your drawing. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height are open, samples go out before the production run, and the whole order leaves from Foshan.
Ordering and care
We ship EXW Foshan or DDP, and the loading plan is drawn before the container is booked. Fabric grade decides the cleaning method, and it is named on the sample tag with the order.
