It goes under a table that is cleared and reset four times between opening and close. The solid wood carries the load and the rattan is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is solid wood, jointed and glued at the corners rather than stapled, so it stays square through a year of being pushed in and out. The seat is woven in rattan, pulled tight over the frame so it does not sag at the front edge. It stacks, and the seat and back are shaped so the stack stays straight instead of toppling.
Built to your drawing
Every frame is checked for rock on a flat table before it leaves the bench, not after packing. We build from your floor plan, not from stock. Frame finish, upholstery and seat height are all open to change, and a sample goes out before production.
Ordering and care
We ship EXW Foshan or DDP, and the loading plan is drawn before the container is booked. Rattan wants a dry brush and a damp cloth, and it should not be left wet overnight.
