It works along a banquette, where the chair is only ever pulled out and pushed back. There is no upholstery to wear through here, so what you see is what the chair is: metal through the frame and the seat.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is welded steel tube, powder-coated after welding so the joints stay covered and no weld shows. There is no upholstery on this model, so the frame is the whole chair and there is nothing to recover later.
Built to your drawing
Welds are dressed flat before coating, so there is no ridge where a hand goes under the seat. Seat height is set to your drawing rather than to a stock number: send the table or counter height and the leg is cut to suit, and a sample leaves the workshop before the run starts.
Ordering and care
We ship EXW Foshan or DDP, and the loading plan is drawn before the container is booked. Two cloths, one dry and one damp, cover what the frame needs.
