It goes under a table that is cleared and reset four times between opening and close. There is no upholstery to wear through here, so what you see is what the chair is: metal through the frame and the seat.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is welded steel tube, powder-coated after welding so the joints stay covered and no weld shows. There is no upholstery on this model, so the frame is the whole chair and there is nothing to recover later.
Built to your drawing
Every frame is checked for rock on a flat table before it leaves the bench, not after packing. The order starts when the sample is signed off. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height are the three things we change most often, and all three are quoted with the sample.
Ordering and care
Lead time runs from sample sign-off, not from the enquiry, which is the number most quotes leave out. Two cloths, one dry and one damp, cover what the frame needs.
