It is the chair that ends up on the terrace on a warm afternoon and back inside by seven. The metal carries the load and the leather is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is welded steel tube, powder-coated after welding so the joints stay covered and no weld shows. Seat and back are upholstered in leather, cut by hand and stitched with matching thread.
Built to your drawing
Each run is sampled at the bench: one chair is built first and signed off before the rest start. We work from the drawing rather than from a stock list. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height stay open until the sample is signed off.
Ordering and care
Lead time runs from sample sign-off, not from the enquiry, which is the number most quotes leave out. Leather wants a damp cloth and a neutral soap, nothing with solvent in it.
