It is the chair that ends up on the terrace on a warm afternoon and back inside by seven. The iron carries the load and the velvet is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is iron, welded and powder-coated in one colour so the seat and the legs read as one object. The velvet pile is short and dense, chosen so it does not flatten where people push back from the table.
Built to your drawing
Where a run is going into a chain fit-out, the first batch is shot against the drawing before packing. Nothing here is stocked. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height follow your drawing, and the first sample goes out before the run is booked.
Ordering and care
Lead time runs from sample sign-off, not from the enquiry, which is the number most quotes leave out. Velvet wants a soft brush against the pile, not a damp cloth, which leaves a mark.
