It works along a banquette, where the chair is only ever pulled out and pushed back. There is no upholstery to wear through here, so what you see is what the chair is: polypropylene through the frame and the seat.
Frame and upholstery
The shell is moulded in one piece, so there is no joint at the back to work loose with use. There is no upholstery on this model, so the frame is the whole chair and there is nothing to recover later. The back is a single Y, which gives the spine a line to sit against without a solid panel behind it.
Built to your drawing
Seat rails are sized from the upholstery thickness, so the cushion does not push the frame apart. Every run starts from your drawing. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height are open, samples go out before the production run, and the whole order leaves from Foshan.
Ordering and care
Lead time runs from sample sign-off, not from the enquiry, which is the number most quotes leave out. Two cloths, one dry and one damp, cover what the frame needs.
