It is the chair for a two-top that has to become a four-top when a group walks in. The leather is the part that decides how the chair reads in the room, and it is the part we would change first if the room calls for it.
Frame and upholstery
Frame and seat are made to the drawing, so there is nothing fixed here to work around. Seat and back are upholstered in leather, cut by hand and stitched with matching thread.
Built to your drawing
The seat frame is mortised into the legs, not screwed into the outside face where the fixing would show. We work from the drawing rather than from a stock list. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height stay open until the sample is signed off.
Ordering and care
It is packed flat where the design allows, which keeps the freight bill down on a run of forty or more. Leather wants a damp cloth and a neutral soap, nothing with solvent in it.
