It suits a room where the tables are fixed and the chairs are what people rearrange. The metal carries the load and the velvet is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is welded steel tube, powder-coated after welding so the joints stay covered and no weld shows. The velvet pile is short and dense, chosen so it does not flatten where people push back from the table.
Built to your drawing
The finish goes on in three coats, sanded back between the second and the third. Every run starts from your drawing. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height are open, samples go out before the production run, and the whole order leaves from Foshan.
Ordering and care
It is packed flat where the design allows, which keeps the freight bill down on a run of forty or more. Velvet wants a soft brush against the pile, not a damp cloth, which leaves a mark.
