It is the chair that ends up on the terrace on a warm afternoon and back inside by seven. The stainless steel carries the load and the velvet is what people meet at the table, which is the right way round for a chair that gets used all day.
Frame and upholstery
The frame is stainless steel, brushed rather than polished, so cleaning cloths leave no marks on it. The velvet pile is short and dense, chosen so it does not flatten where people push back from the table.
Built to your drawing
The seat frame is mortised into the legs, not screwed into the outside face where the fixing would show. Every run starts from your drawing. Frame colour, upholstery and seat height are open, samples go out before the production run, and the whole order leaves from Foshan.
Ordering and care
It is packed flat where the design allows, which keeps the freight bill down on a run of forty or more. Velvet wants a soft brush against the pile, not a damp cloth, which leaves a mark.
